Please do not enter any locked cupboards inside the property or the garage.
Smoking indoors is prohibited
Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are not permitted.
Please park your car(s) on the driveway, there is enough space for 3-4 cars.
Guests should keep noise at a minimum as a courtesy to the neighbours. The BBQ area can be used until 9pm.
The general waste and recycling bins are located at the entrance of the driveway. (General waste is green, and the Recycling is Black) please dispose of any rubbish on departure.
Cleaning products are available at the property, we kindly ask that any dirty dishes, cutlery or glasses are loaded into the dishwasher before you leave. Used towels can be placed in the laundry baskets provided in each room.
If you have a dog with you please do not leave it unattended at the property. Please also pick up any mess made in the garden with an appropriate bag, securely fasten & dispose of in the general waste bin at the front of the property. No dogs upstairs, please use the stair gate.
Keys should be kept in your possession or left in the key safe. Loss of keys will incur a £15 charge per set.
